Please find your plan type (Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement with separate Prescription Drug Plan) and your County or State. If you seen neither your County nor State, please attend our Statewide meeting.
Medicare Advantage – you have one card you use at both the pharmacy and the doctor’s office (your card also have HMO, PPO, HMO-POS)
